It is generally argued that women from ages have been branded as weak, fair and oppresed. Further, they were also victims of men's supremacy and boiled down to non-entities for the reason their involvement in family affairs is peripheral and in decision making totally ignored. As days rolled by, realization is noticed in the society that the absence of women class bring neither progress nor development in the society. Hence, time has come to discuss across the sections to put forth all efforts for the upliftment and empowerment of women with their male counterparts equally.
