Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 was enforced on 1 July 2024. This book was published in 2021 with title 'Criminal Court: Constitution, Jurisdiction and Procedure' which was dealing with criminal procedure contained in Code of 1973 and now present edition is with title 'Criminal Court: Constitution, Jurisdiction and Procedure (Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023)' and it will deal with criminal procedure provided by Sanhita of 2023.
