As the title of the book FROM ABUSED TO ABUSER: MISUSE OF LAWS IN INDIA suggests, the book through its chapters talks about the misuse of various enactments by a section of women in India. It is a collection of selected research topics on various legislation which were enacted by the legislators of India in order to prevent various atrocities faced by the women in the past, but now these legislation are misused by women themselves against men, their husbands and family members for different purposes. They impose false allegations related to dowry, rape, molestation and are also misusing the law to get undue advantage in matters related to child custody. This book will give deep insight of the problems faced by men due to the rising false allegations against them and will also help spread awareness regarding this serious issue among the public at large.
