Licensing law exists where laws of contract and intellectual property converge. It is born out of the interplay of the doctrine of contract and the principles of intellectual property. The idea of this project was conceived out of my teaching responses which I got while discussing the principles of intellectual property and contract law with my students at the university of Delhi and the Indian Law Institute.
