Feminist jurisprudence symbolizes the diversity of philosophy and theory which is based on the capital, economics, and social equality of sexes. According to Catharine MacKinnon,  " Feminist jurisprudence is the analysis of law from the perspective of all women. " 

The author were assertive in pointing out the norms on prohibition of sexual harassment at workplace that should be strengthened and enforced effectively. It was first proposed int the Vishakha case and has now been statutorily recognized.
